The 2026 Municipal Elections will take place on October 26, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Paper Ballot voting will take place at the Township Office.

Paper ballot voting: October 19, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Electronic & telephone voting: October 19, 2026 – October 26, 2026
Who Can Vote:
To vote in a municipal election, you must:
- Be a Canadian citizen and at least 18 years old; and
- Be a resident of the municipality, or a property owner or tenant, or the spouse of an owner or tenant in the municipality.
Voters List: Are You On It?
It is the responsibility of the elector to confirm their information is up-to-date and accurate. To check if you are on the Voters list, contact the Township Office.
How to Vote
The 2026 Front of Yonge Municipal Election will be working with Intelivote Systems Inc. to provide eVoting services to eligible voters. This includes the convenience of voting from anywhere via telephone, internet or in-person at the voting station. Electors should consult their Voter Information Letter for further details, which will be available late September/early October.
Paper Ballot Voting will be made available at the Township Office, for both the Advance Vote and on Voting Day.
