Front of Yonge Township creates and implements various by-laws.  By-law enforcement is purely complaint driven.

To report a by-law infraction, please complete a complaint form and submit it to the Township Office.  Anonymous complaints are not accepted.

All complaint names and information are confidential and are protected under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  Information contained on complaint forms are only disclosed if the matter goes to court.

The By-law Enforcement Officer ensures compliance regarding property standards and dog control and illegal dumping.

The Chief Building Official is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Ontario Building Code.
