A By-law to Regulate the Keeping of Backyard Poultry in the Village of Mallorytown was adopted on February 1, 2021.
No person shall keep hens anywhere in the Village of Mallorytown unless he or she has first obtained a Hen Coop Permit. Please read the by-law in its entirety to ensure your property meets the necessary criteria, prior to submitting an application.
